I had a superb stay at a very nice hostel in Salta. The location was excellent, just a few blocks from the main plaza. The owner, Agostina, was great and very helpful. I had a very comfortable extended stay, thanks to the comfortable mattresses and well-equipped kitchen. The roof terrace was massive and perfect for washing and air-drying clothes. Plus, there was coffee, tea, and mate available all day! The wifi was the best I've had in Argentina, and the hostel even provided shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

Mind-blowing location near the main square, surrounded by awesome restaurants and bars! Super attentive staff, spotlessly clean, with a jaw-droppingly large kitchen. The terrace is perfect for chilling out and meeting new friends. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The free wi-fi is a plus, and the shared kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you need. The outdoor dining area is great for enjoying meals. a fantastic stay with plenty of space to relax and socialize. Pet-friendly too! Can't wait to come back!

Great location just a few blocks from the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the area has to offer. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to provide helpful tips and recommendations. The hostel had a cozy and homely atmosphere, making it easy to feel relaxed and comfortable during my stay.
The noise from the nearby road was quite disruptive, especially when trying to sleep in the rooms facing it. The fans in the rooms were not very effective at cooling down the space, making it uncomfortable on hot nights.

The room at La San Francisco II was cozy and had a homely vibe. I loved having a kitchenette with a fridge, it made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. The shared bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom, but I understand that some people might not mind it.

It had a great location, just a short walk from the center of town. the rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. the owner, Augustina, was incredibly friendly and welcoming to all of the guests. We also fell in love with their adorable dog, Pei❤️ our experience at La San Francisco II was wonderful and it definitely made us want to come back to Salta someday. Cons: Nothing, it is simply perfect! 😊.
